I need help with an activation lock. I purchased an IPad but there is an activation lock on it. Idk who the old owner is. How can I get this off??
You can’t remove activation lock. If you don’t know who the old owner is, recycle the iPad responsibly or use it for a door stop. You will never be able to remove activation lock without the original owner’s help.
You can't; it's an anti-theft measure. If applicable, ask the people running the website or store you bought it through for a refund.
