How do I transfer data from iCloud to my new Mac mini? My old Mac mini died and has no data.

Provided you had synced data with iCloud, go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud to enable the services you use.

You can also set up your new mini using your Time Machine backup of your old device.
