My MacBookPro will start rebooting. The grey screen appears with the Apple symbol in the middle of the screen. The process white line immediately underneath gets to about 75% complete and then the computer dies. I have repeated this a few times with same result. Is there anything I can do to get to the Log In screen???

I tried reinstalling MacOSX after pressing Command+R to get from the reboot screen. This resulted in a message saying reinstallation had failed 3mins before the reinstallation programme was due to complete ( see pic). I still cant get beyond the reboot grey screen. Any ideas?
My MacBookPro wont complete its reboot.
