I do not see my current iPad IOS 14.5 connecting with new iPad (current generation) when I set up manually .

Cannot manually transfer from my old iPad. iOS is 14.5, Bluetooth is on. Both devices next to each other.

If quick start doesn't work, then use your itunes or icloud backup to transfer data.
