Forgotten password

hello everyone. I need help to recover my password for iCloud. I forgot the password for email which was linked with my icloud account and I don’t have the same phone number which was linked to icloud. How can i recover my password and data from icloud

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
