I have IMac 14,2, bought 2014. I'm at OS X 10.10.5. Can I upgrade from this point?

A 2014 iMac can be updated to Big Sur, Mac OS 11. Please use How to get old versions of macOS – Apple Support (UK) to download and install Big Sur.
