Apple ID not active or verification failed

 hello there i am sangam from nepal...i need your help ..my sister bought an i phone 12 pro max and she made an apple id by watching youtube... and she forget password..but she didn't complete propper process of making an id.... now i can't reset the phone and can't sign out too.. whenever i did it's shows verification failed and apple id is not active... please help me i sold my another i phone and i can't transfer my data i have lots of important files in another device please help me..

Select "Apple ID"

Select "Other Apple ID Topics"

Select "The topic is not listed"


Alternative ways to get support:

Choose your country. Some may have different languages available. If your country is not listed see if there is an "other" option for your region of the world. E.g.,
