Charged for a free gift card

Anyone else been charged for the ‘Free’ gift card that they received after purchasing an iPhone on 28th November.

Everyone has -- when billing, Apple charges for the card and reduces the charge for the iPhone by the same amount. It is the same total amount as getting the card free and paying full price for the phone.
