Hey guys, please help me with my iPhone 6s. I forgot the password and cannot factory reset because the home button is not working what should I do?
iPhone 8, iOS 14
First off, if the home button isn't working turn on the accessibility button so it shows on the home screen. I don't have my iphone in front of me but go to settings then accessibility then something like button for home screen.
Visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem.
And they could offer a possible solution.
