Connect your iPhone 8 Plus to a Wi-Fi Network. Ensure that you have at least 6GB of free storage space left. Ensure that your iPhone is not in Low Power Mode. Ensure that your iPhone is charged at least 50%.

Open Settings  ➔ General  ➔ Software Update: Here, if there is an update available for your iPhone, then it will be listed. Follow the onscreen instructions to download and install the update.
