Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook model is recent enough, click on Catalina, Big Sur, or Monterey. It needs to be at least a 2012 one to run a higher OS.

i subscribed microsoft 365 but my MacBook version is only High sierra 10.13.6 , i need the version to 10.15 and above, how to make it work?
