Even when I turn on notifications I still don’t get any. This is from various apps on my iPhone XS, What do I do wrong?

Do you have an Apple Watch? Have you checked the volume? Have you checked to make sure that the Mute switch on the side of the phone is not on? Have you ever received notifications on this device?
No I don’t have an Apple Watch
I have allowed notifications on every app and it still doesn’t work.
Any other suggestions?
Do you receive notifications from anything at all? Did you check the volume as I asked? Did you check the Mute switch? Did you try turning the phone off and back on again?
I’ve tried all of this but it still doesn’t work, I only receive notifications from messages but not for example Snapchat, instagram and messenger
