Apple TV Mac app playlists

Is there a way for you AppleTV mac app video playlists(TV Shows and Movies) to show up in the library of you Apple TV 4k or the ipad apple tv app?

Mac mini 2018 or later

Hi, in your Mac go to system preferences find the option SHARE in the list select Media Sharing then turn on home sharing using your iCloud Apple ID account , then go to your iPhone and Apple TV 4K in the  TV app in library you will see your stuff and the same thing with your music if you have music stored in your Mac

You must log in with your iCloud Apple ID account in your Apple TV 4K too

Once you turn home sharing on your computer Mac or windows with iTunes you can see all your playlist from your computer in all your devices using the same iCloud
