How do you deal with a message on just my iPad that says this message cannot be read because of the way it is formatted

We understand you're running into some problems viewing messages on your new iPad, and we'd like to help out. To get started, can you let us know which iPadOS version is currently installed? Also, is this happening in the Messages app or in Mail? If it's happening in the Mail app, are you unable to read any of the email messages or just ones from a certain sender? Once we have a few more details, we'll be in a better position to help.
