Safari crashes while trying to open in 12.1 M1 Mini

I have an Apple Silicon (M1) Mini

Since updating to Monterrey 12.1 Safari crashes while loading (will not open)

I've deleted most extensions (I can not turn them off in Safari as it does not open)

Safari Technology Preview works fine

Mac mini 2018 or later

Did you do anything before this started occurring?

Is this repeatable?

Try booting to Safe Mode. That boot up takes minutes and clears caches and other things that may resolve your problem.

A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems.

Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a well Respected ASC Contributor.

The application is free or paid from added features.

Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ).

It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

The The Built in Security  is all that is required.

I have not yet succeeded in getting into SAFE mode, perhaps I am holding SHIFT at the wrong time

I Installed OS 12.2 BETA and had the same situation - Safari Technology Preview works fine, Safari crashes without opening

Here is a full crash report in OS 12.2 and an Etrecheck report in 12.2

I will try to open in safe mode again tomorrow - I'm seeing double right now

Merry Christmas and thanks for your help
