How do I cancel Apple Pay that I sent to someone who didn’t have Apple Pay ?

Apple Pay can send only to another iPhone with iMessage Activated. The Title says "They don’t have an iPhone". The money probably has not been debited from your bank, yet. Please check with the bank, first.
In an unfortunate even if the person has an iPhone with iMessage activated and then If the person you sent money to have not accepted the money yet, you can cancel the payment.
