No sound You Tube and videos

I have an Iphone11. My internal sounds work, I.e ringtones, phone ring. I checked all DND, haptics, ringtones. I’ve hard reset but no luck. I cant hear Spotify, videos and You Tube. Can someone assist?

No sound on all apps hi guys I’ve a iPhone 13 Pro Max No sound on all apps. Music. And videos working I’ve checked. Everything dosnt make sense. Phones new. And not muted. Like i said ive. Checked everything so confused. Video. And music sounds. Normal. Even. Checked. Ear phones. That’s. Normal. Too.
