I have an iPhone 6 with only 16gb. I m unable to upgrade 15. What can I do?

6s is needed for anything above iOS 12. You need to decide if it is time for a new phone. Currently the lowest sold instore/online is iPhoneSE ($399 for 64 GB, $449 for $128 GB).
