Voice message Option in iMessage is disappeared

My new 13 promax has missing voice message option in iMessage

is it sth to do with setting

please Help

The Voice Message will only get activated for iMessage and not for SMS/MMS.

That means when you type in a Phone number or Apple ID in the "To:" field that has been registered for iMessage (Apple Devices) only after that the microphone icon will get activated for you to send Voice Messages
