My wife and I share a Apple account, but we have problems putting both our watches on as they mix all the info up.

anyone have this problem

Sharing an Apple id is the biggest mistake you can make,because you have the same id then all your data from both watches will go to the same place as you've found out and that is just the start of your problems.
