Changing countries for Apple ID

Hi. I want to change my App Store country since I have relocated. Apple is not letting me do so since the Apple TV subscription was annual and expires only in Nov. I've stopped auto renewal. Anything else I can do?

Thanks. The support team just pointed me to the same link. Apparently they can't do much.
