Mac mini 2012 macOS Catalina 10.15.7 home does not work

I have an Apple TV 4K as a HomeKit hub with 2 HomePods and 1 HomePod mini. I also have an iPhone, iPad Air 3 and homeKit compatible a smart thermostat, smart connector and security cam. I am able to control them from my Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, HomePods but the HomeKit App does not work from my Mac mini late 2012 which runs macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

The devices and the Mac are on the same wifi network. E.g, Screen Mirroring, Airplay, iCloud, Photos' file accessing works between Mac and devices.

BUT the HomeKit app on the Mac doesn't show anything as you can see here:

Here is the screenshot of my iPhone which can control HomeKit devices properly:

Do you have any idea what is the root cause of my problem?

Maybe my Mac is too old? -But I don't think so because it can run the Catalina OS...
