How can I purchase the 2TB storage iCloud offering shown above

I am out of storage and wish to subscribe to the 2TB option for additional storage. How do I arrange for that storage upgrade?

Click here and follow the instructions. iCloud storage upgrades are rentals, not purchases, and will be billed monthly.
