Why my iPhone 8+ is turning off suddenly even its 60-80% and after turning off, I'll turn it on and it will be drained to 10%. The beta battery life of it is 100%

Did you check battery health?
It sounds like, your battery is super degraded (source: have experienced something along the lines of this), and you should either get it replaced from Apple, or just get a new phone.
