Not without creating a second Family Sharing group. Nothing can be shared between them.

What is a 2nd family sharing group and how to create.

I read that same ID cannot be part of 2 groups.

Please help on this

The exact same way you created the one you have, except that you'll need to create another Apple ID to be the organizer of both.
