Respectfully, we are not standing next to you, nor can we see what you see with mail and/or gmail, nor do we know what you know, and we don’t know what you’ve tried. Not unless you tell us. We only know what you have posted. Which is the word “help” four times in a ten-word question—and we already inferred you wanted help, as you’re posting a question here—and your follow-up “not helpful” really doesn’t provide enough context for us to be able to adjust and tailor our answers ro whatever issue or error or problem you;re encountering here. We really want to help you here, but you have to give us a little more data to work with.
