hi my ipad pro 12.9 inch 4th gen developed some blue spots close to eachother bur only on black colours the rest are fine. What caused this

As described, your iPad display may have developed (or be developing) a fault. Appearance of multiple static bad pixels can be an indicator of a developing hardware fault.


You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), where your iPad can be assessed and tested by the technicians - and your available options explored:
