My Iphone 11 will not open any apps!

My phone wont open any apps, it tries but wont upload the apps. I had to do the volume up volume down and hold the power button down till the apple symbol appered.

If the forced restart does not help or only temporarily solves the issue, try to set it back to factory settings, using your computer.

That way you can rule out an iOS software problem:
