Apple Watch cause me unbearable pain in wrist, arm and shoulder.

Why the Apple Watch is causing me pain in my wrist, arm and shoulder? I have tried everything: use the Watch loose, and the pain continue. This is my second opportunity to use this Watch. Even I bought a new Apple Watch recently the last December 2021, thinking that the problem was my old Apple Watch. Now I have a new Watch and the problem with it is this unbearable plain in my wrist, arm and shoulder.
