Update to iPadOS 15 (15.2.1 is current), and try again.


If that update fails to show the app, check for Music in the app library. (See if the app shows up in search.)


If the app really did get deleted, here’s more info including how to re-load it: Delete built-in Apple apps from the Home Screen on your iOS 14 or later or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
