In System Preferences -> Energy Saver, I have "Wake for network access" turned OFF. I thought that would fix the randomly waking up problem, but my iMac still random wakes up on its own and it's super annoying. How do I keep it from waking up on it's own? I'm using a 2021 M1, running Monterey 12.1

Hi, I think in System Preferences > Energy Saver uncheck "Wake for network access" may be the culprit. deselect the box if checked.
What other devices are attached? Older USB devices like printers and multifunction devices used to wake computers.
Does this continue after a restart?
Could you please post a snapshot of your Energy Saver Preferences?
I said it was OFF in my original post, therefore it's already unchecked.
Just a USB drive to add extra storage. And yes restarting doesn't help.
You mean "Prevent your Mac from automatically sleeping when the display is off"? Wouldn't that drain more energy as it's never asleep?
No, later Macs consume negligible energy when idle. You have the display set to auto turn-off after 10 minutes, that’s important for power savings, nothing else (unrelated to sleep).
