I want to buy a seasonal pass from a game called sky it's $9.99 I have $10.49 in my account when I go to buy it it says insufficient remaining credit I sign in it then asks to add payment why can't I use my 10.49$ In my apple account? I don't know what to do please help

i found an old gift card that had 2 dollars left I added it to my apple account it worked thank you so much for your help
