• You want to remove your Apple ID from your iPhone?
• You want to delete your Apple ID all together?
• You want to remove any remaining credit associated with your Apple ID?
• Something else?

To remove an iTunes/App Store balance, go to iTunes Support or iTunes Support World-wide and request that they zero it out.
