i have macOS High Sierra, Version 10.13.6, i want to update it to version 10.15.6 , how?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, click on Catalina.


Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To check other programs, click here and look them up.
