How do I extend or never auto lock my iPad?

Hi,

How do I exteend or never autolock my ipad? It’s now 2 minutes and that is too short time. When I try to change 2 minutes the field is grey and I can’t change the 2 minutes.

Hi Autolock, thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

One reason your auto-lock may be greyed out is because you may have 'Low Power Mode' turned on which is a battery saving measure and as such the iPad will be saving battery by ensuring the locking mechanism activates when idle for a set period of time as explained in the following link:

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT205234

Please check the following: Settings > Battery > Low Power Mode

Hope this helps.
