Assuming that you have set-up your email account(s) in your native iOS/iPadOS Mail App - and that you are using an IMAP mailbox - you will very likely have a preset Archive folder into which you can move emails that you wish to keep.


Likewise, you should be able to create new mail folders (known as “mailboxes” in mail parlance).
