A black dot appears when i use the 2.5x telephoto camera lens

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Whenever I take a photo with 2.5x lens a black spot appears. When I switch back to the main camera the dot disappears.

Any suggestions?

Clean your Telephoto lens using a lint-free cloth.

If that doesn't work, I recommend you get that checked with an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
