Refund Not received yet

Hello,


I was wrongly charged for two movies in iTunes Store.


Now the status of refund shows refunded on 25th January, 2022, however, I haven't received the amount in my bank account.


Please help me with the status.

For most payment methods it may take up to 30 days for funds to be refunded to your account.

Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
