How do I get the outlook icon on my iPhone

I deleted the icon for my outlook email. How can I get it back on my phone?

I still cannot get the icon to download. If I open the app from the App Store I get right to my outlook email. So the mail program is still on my phone. I just cannot access from my screen. Any other suggestions? I really did appreciate your timely response to my problem.
