Why was I charged 9.68 from apple?

What was the charge $9.68 for? I use Apple Pay but for some reason you took it out of my debit card.

If it was deducted from your account, see each of the steps in the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
