deleted voice memo

I deleted voice memo and in my settings it deleted immediately can it be recovered

Are you saying Settings > Voice Memo > Clear Deleted > [Immediately], Then I am sorry it is gone every time you delete.

Under the Voice Memo app, you have an option called the Recently Deleted.
