Not all of my passwords transferred during migration from old to new Mac how do I get rest to transfer

Migration assistant doesn't copy all passwords over to new Mac. You need to have iCloud on. Make sure you check keychain in iCloud on both computers.Copy keychains to another Mac - Apple Support If it is something other than this, please be more specific.
