I got a call from (865)454-*** saying there were reports of my iCloud being hacked and not to use my Apple devices until I got the issue fixed, is that real or a scam?

thank you! However, it told me to dial 1 to speak with somebody and I did that, but then they hung up, so could I be at risk of them hacking me or am I good?
