how to install 10.15

I'm trying to install Microsoft word. I get a pop up saying (null) can't be installed on "Untitled" because OS x version 10.15 or later is required.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, click on the download link for Catalina in the Related Article above. Alternatively, switch to a product such as LibreOffice.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 to scan for it. To check other programs, click here and look them up.
