Hi I recently switched to new iPhone and deleted videos from old iPhone but it got gm deleted from i cloud as well after switching to i cloud backup I am nit backing up media on desktop or laptop. I really need to get them back as they were hard earned videos from last 10 years. please let me know how can I do that. Thanks.

If you used to sync your photos/videos using iCloud Photos, deleting them from iPhone means that you deleted them from iCloud too.
No backup = No recovery, sorry.
