When a word is highlighted in any of the iBooks I have purchased and I navigate to “lookup”, I receive a pop up with useless info that does not help to fix the issue, nor does it navigate to a fix. I attempted to upload screenshots of the error but was unsuccessful in doing so. The only way to get a definition is to copy the word and plug it into a browser. Is the lookup feature no longer functioning? It used to work flawlessly.

Have you gone to the Settings for Siri & Search and turned off the item which says "Show in Look Up"?
Do you have a dictionary chosen in Settings > General > Dictionary?
