iphone won’t restart or open any apps and i can’t turn it off

before you tell my to force restart, i’ve already tried. the side buttons don’t even work. you can literally not open any app

If the problem persists, visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem.

And they could offer a possible solution.

You will first have to make an appointment due to the pandemic.
