How can I restore photos on my iPad, only.

I need to recover my photos on my iPad. I’m low on storage on my iPhone, so I deleted a bunch of photos on my iPhone because they’re on my iPad…now there gone on my iPad.

If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support (IE)

You have this set up Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support and that is how it works.
