How do I reset my screen time passcode because I forgot it?

Thanks I did follow the suggestions that you sent me. My problem turned into more than that. I could not get my apps to load properly. My son helped me by checking the VPN on /off setting. Somehow it got turned off. When I reset it everything worked. Hoping to purchase a new phone soon. Thanks again.
