Tried placing an order online from Apple india website for 2nd generation Apple Pencil on 2nd Feb 2022, order was declined but the amount was deducted, checked with the bank after 3 days today, as per them money was transferred to the Apple account, when can I expect the order or refund?

We are not Apple, so we cannot say if the order will be shipped or not. You need to contact Apple.
